TYPES OF INSURANCE ACCEPTED

IOP (SUBSTANCE ABUSE INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT)  SAIOP/SACOT
Services shall include a structured program consisting of, but not limited to the following: Individual, Group, and Family counseling a minimum of three times a week, three hours per session designed to assist Adult and Adolescents to begin recovery and learn skills for recovery maintenance. All staff is Certified and/or Licensed.

INDIVIDUAL/GROUP/FAMILY COUNSELING
No Bounds Care provides an array of outpatient therapy, counseling support, psychiatric services and educational programs in the form of “therapy” to help Children, Adults and Families cope when faced with emotional challenges. A full range of specialized mental health counseling is provided by licensed clinicians for individuals diagnosed with a mental illness and substance abuse. Our highly qualified clinicians have the training, expertise, and sensitivity to help consumers work through many issues including PTSD, addiction, anger management, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and other difficulties. Our individual and group therapy is family focused and all licensed/certified and trained staff are cross-trained to recognize and treat multiple symptoms. We educate clients and families about their diagnosis and prognosis so they have realistic expectations

IIH (Intensive-in-Home)
No Bounds Care uses a team approach designed to address the identified needs of Children and Adolescents who are transitioning from out of home placements or are at risk of out-of-home placement and need intensive interventions to remain stable in the community. Interventions provided are intended to stabilize the living arrangement, promote reunification or prevent the utilization of out-of-home therapeutic resources for the identified youth through the age of 20. Services may include crisis management, intensive case management, individual and/or family therapy, sub stance abuse intervention, skills training, and other rehabilitative supports to prevent the need for an out-of-home, more restrictive Identify strengths that will aid in stabilizing the family unit, as well as identify barriers that may impede the development of skills necessary for functioning in family and community.

CST (Community Support Team)
No Bounds Care, Inc. provides Community Support Team services (CST) that consist of mental health and substance abuse rehabilitation services and supports necessary to assist Adults (age 21 and older) in achieving rehabilitative, and recovery goals. This intensive community rehabilitation service provides treatment and restorative interventions to individuals to gain access to necessary services; reduce psychiatric and addiction symptoms; and develop optimal community living skills.  NBC CST teams is compromised of three (3) staff persons, a Licensed Therapist, Qualified Professional, and Associate Professional or Paraprofessional.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE/ Abuser-Treatment Program (Duluth Model)
No Bounds Care provides Domestic Violence/Abuser Treatment Counseling for the Abusers. Treatment is provided in group sessions unless same gender, age, geographic or language restrictions apply. Individual counseling sessions shall provided only as supplemental to group treatment. The abuser treatment program is based on the philosophies of the Power and Control Wheel and the core beliefs as a contributing factor to the perpetuation of domestic violence as opposed to an anger management approach. Abuser Treatment Program sessions shall consist of a total of 39 hours of group treatment over a minimum period of 26 weeks. The 39 hours of group treatment shall be completed within 30 weeks and each group session shall last at least one and one-half hours.

PSYCHOSOCIAL REHABILITATION (PSR)
No Bounds Care Psychosocial Rehabilitation program is designed to help adults with psychiatric disabilities increase their functioning. This service is based on the principles of recovery, including equipping members with skills, using natural and community supports, providing individualized interventions, emphasizing on the "here and now", and providing a caring environment.

Activities included are: skills development>educational> pre-vocational> community living>housekeeping>shopping>cooking>use of transportation facilities>money management>personal care>health care>medication self-management>grooming>social relationships>use of leisure time.

No Bounds has adopted the "Clubhouse Model" and this program is offered a minimum of 5 hours a day 5 days a week, with some transportation provided.

Clubhouse participants are called "members" and restorative activities focus on their strengths and abilities, not their illness. The Clubhouse is unique in that it is not a clinical program, meaning there are no therapists or psychiatrists on staff. All clinical aspects of the program have been removed so as to focus on the strengths of the individual, rather than their illness. Additionally, all participation in a clubhouse is strictly on a voluntary basis.

No Bounds Care lays out four (4) guaranteed Rights of membership, which are at the core of the Clubhouse Model:

A right to a place to come;
A right to meaningful relationships;
A right to meaningful work; and
A right to a place to return.

No Bounds Clubhouse is operated in a partnership model with its members and staff working side-by-side as colleagues. We find that through this environment of support, acceptance, and commitment and with the contribution of each individual this has formed a community of people who are working toward a common goal.

ACTT (Assertive Community Treatment Team)
No Bounds Care offer ACTT services to individuals (adults) with severe and persistent mental illness. . Our interdisciplinary team ensures availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. This team is headed by licensed psychiatrist whose role is to assist Licensed Clinical Social Worker provide supervision to other team members and monitor the clinical treatment of all consumers receiving ACTT services.  The ACTT team offer s clinical counseling, medication management, job skill development, and psycho social education. A large percentage of services are provided in consumers’ homes and places where they spend leisure time.

MOBILE CRISIS
No Bounds Care Crisis Management involves support, services and treatments necessary to provide integrated crisis response, crisis stabilization interventions, and crisis prevention activities. Services are available 24/7/365 and crisis response staff provides an immediate evaluation, triage and access to acute mental health, developmental disabilities, and/or substance abuse services, treatment, and supports to effect symptom reduction, harm reduction, and/or to safely transition consumers in acute crises to appropriate crisis stabilization and detoxification supports/services. These services include immediate telephonic (within 15 minutes) response to assess the crisis and determine the risk, mental status, medical stability, and appropriate response. The crisis prevention and supports used for each crisis are specified in consumer's Crisis Plan, which is a component of the Person Centered Plan and designed to reduce the incidence of recurring crises.
